The Who's slammed board for a made-up agency: two people slammed this week, load per person, and who can take the new brief.

Who has room, at a glance

One row per person, one column per week. Red means a full plate, and holidays and time off are in the cells, so nobody gets booked on a day off.

The heatmap: load by person and week, with holidays, time off and closures marked in the cells.

Full plates show up three weeks early

A week with four or more heavy items turns red on the board before it arrives. That is the week to move a deadline, not the Friday before it.

Next week 11 of 20 people carry Heavy work, up from 7 this week

Everyone keeps their own plate current

People edit their own rows in a grid that works like a spreadsheet. Pick a load from Very Heavy to Low and move on. You do the staffing, the board does the counting.

The deliverables grid: one row per piece of work, with project, status, assignees, load and due date.
